Remember once you get your system working for you stick to it YOU CAN DO IT always say this to yourself, say this while your exercising also it can help to motivate you.
 
Another reminder eat healthy foods, keep portions down, eat steamed veggies, take two nutritional shakes a day with protein powder in the shakes this will also help to curb your appetite fresh fruit for better flavor and a good meal for your dinner you will get used to it before you know it, it's up to you though.
 
When you exercise walking is great, a little more each day will help, jogging if your a runner is great you just don't have to overexert yourself and before long you're losing weight.
